Oats spinach pakoda is crispy and tasty recipe. we have so many varieties of pakoda, Since I am a spinach lover, I thought of doing it with spinach. I just gave it a try doing it with some powdered oats, for my surprise it turned out so delicious.

It’s a best evening snack to go a with a cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients:
Onion - 1
Powdered Oats - 1/4 cup
Gram Flour / Besan flour - 1/4 cup
Greenchilli - 1
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera / cumin - 1 tsp
Spinach - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Water as required
Instruction:-
- First, take ¼ cup of oats in a mixer and grind it to a fine powder. Powdered oats ready.
- Take a mixing bowl, add 1 sliced onions, ¼ cup of powdered oats.
- Followed by ¼ cup of gram flour or besan flour and chopped green chilli
- To that add ¼ tsp of chilli powder, 1 tsp of jeera or cumin.
- Now it’s time to add ½ cup of chopped spinach and required salt.
- Add water gradually and mix everything together.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry the pakoda in a medium flame.
- Serve the pakodas with tomato sauce or serve it along with tea or coffee.
Step by step pictorial representation:-
- Add sliced onion to a bowl
- Add powdered oats and gram flour
- Add green chilli , chilli powder, jeera or cumin seeds and salt
- Add Spinach and mix well
- Add water gradually and continue mixing
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry pakoda in medium flame
- Now our crispy and tasty pakodas are ready
