Rasam is a typical south Indian recipe. It’s very simple & healthy. It is thin and watery in consistency. You can either have it as a soup or you can have it along with rice and can be prepared with in 15 min. Rasam along with hot rice and potato fry or papad is a prefect lunch combo.
