Green chutney | Sandwich chutney

Green chutney is so spicy and mostly used in sandwich or in chaat recipes. Usually it’s done using both coriander and mint leaves. But here I have used only coriander leaves with some ginger, garlic, green chilli etc.

It’s usually used as a spread in sandwich it can also be served as a side dish for fried snack recipes. This is very simple & easy recipe and you can store it in refrigerator for    3 – 4 days.



Ingredients: -

Coriander leaves – ¼ cup

Ginger – small piece

Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves

Green chillli – 1

Jeera / cumin – ¼ tsp

Peanuts / groundnut

Lemon juice – ½ lemon

 

Step by Step pictorial presentation:-

  • In a blender, add Coriander leaves, ginger, garlic ,green chilli





  • Additionally, add Jeera & peanuts



  • Finally squeeze ½ lemon and salt



  • Add water as required and grind everything to fine paste


  • Enjoy the spicy & tasty green chutney
