Cheesy Egg Wrap


Lunch or Dinner is an ideal time to make these cheesy egg wrap. This recipe can be done with in 15 min. Its all-time my kids' favorite recipe.



Cheesy Egg Wrap/Egg Wrap:

Ingredients: 

Egg                         - 2 
Plain Flour              - ½ cup 
Milk                        - ¼ cup 
Chilli powder         - ½ tsp 
Tomato Sauce         - 1 tsp 
Carrot                     - ¼ cup 
Capsicum                - ¼ cup 
Broccoli                  - ¼ cup 
Coriander                - ¼ cup 
Salt                          - ¼ tsp 
Cheese                    - As required 

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, first add 2 eggs followed by ½ cup of plain flour & ¼ tsp of salt. 
  • Add ½ tsp of chilli powder, 1 tsp of tomato sauce and ¼ cup of milk . 
  • Mix well and make it to batter consistency. 
  • Adding veggies totally depends on your choice. 
  • Here I have added ¼ cup (Carrot,capsicum,broccoli,coriander) . 
  • Mix it along with the batter. 
  • Now the wrap batter is ready. 
  • Heat the pan,Brush it with oil,and pour the wrap batter. 
  • Cook it in a low flame. 
  • Cook both the sides perfectly 
  • Transfer to plate 
  • Add some grated cheese, here I have used cheddar. 
  • Spread over the cooked wrap. 
  • Roll it and cut it. 
  • Serve it along with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
