I am a big coffee lover. I just thought of having some coffee cookies, all of a sudden got an idea of doing some coffee cupcake.so y can't it be a dalgona cupcake?
I just gave it a try and it turned out so delicious. My kids enjoyed a lot.
Ingredient: -
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Instant coffee powder - 1 tbs
Hot water - 2 tbs
All-purpose flour / Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
A pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (optional)
Instruction :-
- Pre heat the oven @ 350 °F
- In a large mixing bowl add ½ cup of Sugar, 1 tbs of coffee powder, 2 tbs of hot water.
- Beat or whisk well for 10 min, until it become stiff peak.
- Once you got the stiff peak consistency, your dalgona mixture is ready.
- In the same bowl, seive 1 cup of all purpose flour/ maida, 1 tsp of baking powder , ½ tsp of baking soda.
- Mix everything together.
- Furthermore, Add ¼ cup of milk, ¼ cup of oil and a pinch of salt.
- Mix everything well to a batter consistency.
- Pour the prepared batter to the cupcake tray.
- Add some chocolate chip as a topping.
- Bake @350°F for 20 –25 min.
- Enjoy the soft & delicious Dalgona cupcakes.
