Beetroot Kesari

Rava kesari is a south Indian sweet recipe made with sooji /rava  .This kesari is so delicious & easy and can be made with in 15 –20 mins. This is prepared mainly during festivals. Here I have used beetroot juice to make this kesari tastier and healthier. The colour of this kesari is so tempting and there is no need for adding an artifical colouring agent.

Beetroots are rich in vitamin C, potassium, fiber etc. It’s low in fat and full of vitamins & minerals and also packed with powerful antioxidants. Beets contains vitamin B folate which helps reduce the risk of birth defects.
